Avoid extreme heat (60°C/140°F or above) to prevent softening or deformation – PLA is great for everyday use, but it's no match for a hot car dashboard, direct summer sun in a closed vehicle, or other high-heat spots.

Clean gently with a soft damp cloth if needed – avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, or soaking/submerging in water.

Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight to maintain colour and strength over time.

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).
If your product arrives faulty, damaged (due to manufacturing issues), or is not as described, we’re happy to arrange a replacement or full refund — contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
