What is the return policy?
- We do not accept returns for change of mind unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand).
- If your product arrives faulty, damaged (due to manufacturing issues), or is not as described, we’re happy to arrange a replacement or full refund — contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
- Please note: custom or personalised 3D printed items may have limited return options under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
When will I get my order?
- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of purchase
- Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery once dispatched
- TinkerCamDesign is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier
